While in college, Jay sold snowcones from the back of an old mail truck as well as from an Authentic Railroad Caboose which he renovated for the same purpose. Jay then started Syrup Systems, Inc., a family run business, which manufactures and produces snowcone and shaved ice equipment, syrups, and accessories for Amusement Parks across the United States.
