I’m Nick Bethea, a sales agent at Alta Terra Realty. I’ve shared over 9 years of marriage to my wife, Amy. We have 5 children, 1 girl and 4 boys, all who keep us very busy between baseball, basketball, soccer, and all the adventures in between. They are what drives me every day in the real estate industry; my biggest fans. I served 7 years in US ARMY and one tour in Afghanistan during that time. I’ve been in sales majority of my working career but found my passion in real estate and only want to see how much further it can take me. I achieved multimillion dollar sales within my first year as an Alta Terra Agent. I’m proud of my accomplishments but more proud of the life I share with my family. I’m excited to see how far I can go with United Country.

In 2002, Jim sold his ownership interest in a national real estate franchise to pursue his lifelong passion - Construction and Agriculture. Fortunately, these two interests came together as Jim quickly rose to Regional and Operations Management positions for three companies engaged in new poultry house construction, retrofits, and equipment systems. Jim and his wife, Sharon, have continued in this enterprise as owners of Farm Depot, a Poultry Service and Supply Company serving poultry producers in the surrounding areas of NE Texas from New Boston to Sulphur Springs and Paris to Gilmer. They also own and operate multiple Broiler farms near Mount Pleasant, Texas and are Contract Growers for Pilgrim's Pride.
Jim brings his passion, experience, and expertise in the poultry industry to United Country AltaTerra Realty. His unique blend of integrity and knowledge has been instrumental in developing a reputation of trustworthiness. Jim is driven by a sincere desire to assist Sellers and Buyers of Poultry Farms, Cattle Ranches and Tradtional Farmers in the surrounding East Texas Counties of Camp, Morris, Franklin, Wood, Hopkins, Lamar, Red River and Bowie County.

Having been born and raised in Texas and being a long-time resident of the Paris
area, Ms. Ross began her career participating in the Service Industry in which she
was required to deal with people from a service management perspective. Setting
goals and objectives for herself and others, measuring and reviewing those goals
and objectives and reporting findings to management on a regular basis. Much
experience and personal satisfaction was gained during her years in the Service
Industry. Experience that would lay beneficial groundwork for later success in the
real estate industry.
After her marriage to husband J W, the Ross's had 5 children to raise and a future
to protect. Together they chose to place available family investment dollars into
rental properties in the Paris area. Ms. Ross took on the property management
duties for these rental properties as well as assist in property management for
other 3rd party investors. This became Ms. Ross's induction into the real
estate industry. This experience along with an interest in real estate auctions as a
new option for servicing real estate customers around the Paris area, have awarded
Ms. Ross her auction support opportunity at AltaTerra.
While busy attaining her career goals, raising 5 children on the verge of becoming
teenagers quickly convinced Mr. and Ms. Ross that their children were requiring
more focus. Ms. Ross modified her career to provide daily parental guidance and
direction as their children entered their teens and moved towards their college
years. Ms. Ross became deeply involved in the scholastic goals of her children as
they began preparing resumes for their collegiate futures. Ms. Ross spends her free
time in support of their grades, in school as well as extracurricular activities and
service. She also spends any additional hours working as an officer in the
local Parent Teacher Organization as well as managing benefits programs and fund
raising events in and around the Paris area.
