Tammy Woods was born in Fort Worth, Texas but when she was 5 her family moved to the small Western Colorado town of Montrose. After graduation she attended Real Estate school and worked listing and selling ranches, homes and recreational property but had to put that aside to attend to her growing family. At that time she worked from home and began to breed, raise and market Friesian and Friesian cross horses and ran a beautiful small ranch while her husband worked in the logging industry where they owned and ran their own trucks. In 2008 her family made the decision to move to Paris so their children would have the availability of higher education. With the kids now grown and doing well she decided to go back into the real estate world that had brought so much joy to her. Since then, he has attended the University of North Texas in pursuit of a degree in Psychology, however; he would transfer to Criswell College in Dallas to pursue a degree within Christian Ministry.

Daisy is a mother of three boys and the wife of Alfredo Gonzalez. She was born and raised in Texas and lived most of her life in Honey Grove and Paris. She lived in Mexico for 2 years. Lexxi Godwin joined AltaTerra Realty & Auction in July 2025 and brings a unique blend of leadership, science, and a passion for land stewardship to the team. With an academic background rooted in biological sciences and wildlife research, Lexxi holds an Associate of Science from Paris Junior College (2020), a Bachelor’s in Biological Science from Texas A&M University–Commerce (2023), and a Master of Science from East Texas A&M University (2025), where she focused her thesis on native quail conservation.
While completing her graduate degree, Lexxi served as the lead graduate teaching assistant for Anatomy & Physiology II lab and others, where she discovered her love for both teaching and community engagement.
Originally from Northeast Texas, Lexxi is passionate about rural life, ranching, and wildlife preservation. Her hobbies include animal photography, painting, hunting, and advocating for native species—especially quail.
