Shawn Terrel ALC, CAI, AARE, UCMA brings a very extensive farm, ranch and commercial marketing and sales experience to our team.  He has more than 30 years of real estate brokerage and auction experience across the United States.  As a professional auctioneer, he has managed well over 4,000 live and online auction events. Shawn has in-depth experience in the areas of farming, ranching, livestock production and similar real estate acquisitions and divestitures. Early in his career, he developed and operated one of the largest equine training and adoption facilities in America working with the State of Oklahoma and the U.S. Bureau of Land Management.

In additional real estate, Shawn Terrel is a co-owner of MineralMarketing.Com which is a nation-wide oil and gas mineral asset marketing company based in Oklahoma. His expertise in both real estate and oil & gas mineral rights has allowed him to develop a substantial portfolio of high net worth investors and rural property owners. His expertise in the energy sector provides his farm and ranch clients an expanded reach to important buyers.
